Serving as the strategic ASEAN headquarters, PtBio Asia leads the region’s Bio-Digital Transformation (BioDX) from Malaysia. We deploy advanced genomic science to solve critical local challenges in environmental sustainability, food security, and human capital development.

Building upon our parent company founded in 2019 at Hiroshima University, we integrate high-precision genome editing technologies—Platinum TALEN® and ZF-ND1—with data-driven bioinformatics. By bridging Japanese R&D precision with local implementation, our mission is to design biological functions that drive a sustainable bio-economy, delivering tangible solutions for the ASEAN region.
