The PtBio Group Welcomes Malaysian Delegation to Japan
21.10.2025
The PtBio Group had the honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from Malaysia to our facilities in Japan. We were thrilled to host Mrs. Nor Hafizah Binti Muhamad, Food Technology Officer from the Food Safety and Quality Division of the Ministry of Health Malaysia, and Ms. Nabilah Binti Abdul Bari, Executive at the Centre for Continuing Education, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK).
They visited Japan as part of "Japan Connect 2025," a program where Malaysian government officials visit Japanese companies for industrial training.
During the first half of their visit, our team provided Mrs. Hafizah with an overview of the biotechnology industry and the PtBio Group's ongoing initiatives. She also visited our group's exhibition booth at BioJapan 2025.
In the latter half of the program, Mrs. Hafizah and Ms. Nabilah toured our group headquarters and state-of-the-art laboratories in Higashi-Hiroshima City, Japan. Researchers from our R&D Department gave them an in-depth explanation of our cutting-edge research activities and technologies.
To accelerate our global expansion with a focus on Southeast Asia, the PtBio Group established PtBio Asia in Malaysia in March 2025. As a unified group, we will continue to work seamlessly across borders to solve social challenges in Southeast Asia's environmental and energy sectors using biotechnology.
